~ Creative Bollywood: Shooting complete Song in Single Take!
Its very difficult to shoot a complete 5 minute song in Single Take (two steps) using 100+ supporting dancers, with constantly changing camera angles and Actor’s cloths, but Director Ms Farah Khan managed to do this difficult task in this Creative song shoot in her 2004 hit movie Main Hoon Na (I am here), see below (with English Translation).
Why Indian/Bollywood movies has Songs?
Probably cultural effect which reflects in our movies too! We believe Life is celebration, which is incomplete without song, colours and dance. Indians are expressing their emotions in poetry since 10000+ years i.e. during our great Hindu founding fathers Rishis/Yogis days, who wrote many Hindu scriptures in Mantras/Hymns/Kavyas!
Even many difficult Scientific, Philosophical, Maths and Astronomy things in Hindu scriptures are in written in Mantras/Kavyas to understand easily by masses! 🙂
